Cultivate and maintain long-term, trusted relationships with key clients in the mining and resources industry. Oversee client satisfaction and ensure service level agreements are met or exceeded. Conduct market analysis to identify recruitment trends, talent shortages, and opportunities. Drive business development initiatives to expand the client base and service offerings in George . Ensure compliance with all relevant labour laws and recruitment best practices. Report on team performance, market intelligence, and business development activities to senior management.

Requirements

A minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in recruitment, with at least 3 years in a leadership or senior consultant role. Demonstrated expertise in recruiting for the mining and resources sector, understanding its unique talent needs. Proven track record of successful business development and client relationship management. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. Excellent understanding of recruitment processes, sourcing strategies, and candidate engagement techniques. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Experience with various recruitment technologies and CRM systems. A strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset. Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and site visits.
