• Minimum 3-4 years of recruitment experience in Mining & Resources sector.
• Proven success in sourcing and placing technical and operational roles.
• Excellent understanding of the mining lifecycle, exploration, extraction, and processing.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and advanced sourcing techniques.
• A relevant degree or diploma is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for positions within the mining and resources sector, from geologist and engineers to project managers and senior leadership.
• Proactively source and engage with specialist candidates possessing relevant technical skills and experience.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the mining and resources industry.
• Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including technical interviews and verification of qualifications and experience.
• Provide expert market insights and consultancy to clients regarding talent availability and remuneration trends.
• Achieve and exceed placement targets and revenue goals within the assigned sector.
