Our client, a prominent Recruitment Consultancy based in Nelspruit , is seeking an experienced Lead Recruitment Consultant to spearhead their Mining and Resources division. This leadership role requires a seasoned professional with extensive knowledge of the mining sector's talent requirements and a strong ability to manage client relationships and recruitment operations. You will be responsible for driving business growth, mentoring a team, and ensuring the highest standards of service delivery in the Mpumalanga region.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the recruitment team focused on the mining and resources sector.
• Develop and execute strategic recruitment plans to meet client needs and expand market presence.
• Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle for roles within exploration, extraction, processing, and related services.

Requirements

• Strong leadership, coaching, and team management capabilities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Relevant tertiary qualification in Mining Engineering, Geology, HR, or Business is highly desirable.
