Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years in beauty therapy and spa industry, with ≥3 years in management.
• CIDESCO or equivalent advanced qualification preferred.
• Proven experience in managing spa operations and staff.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent business sense and financial management capabilities.
• Flexible hours including weekends/holidays as required.
