Our client, a premier automotive dealership located in the scenic city of George, Western Cape , is seeking an experienced and dynamic Lead Automotive Service Advisor. This pivotal role involves overseeing the service department's customer interaction, ensuring a seamless and exceptional service experience for all clients. The successful candidate will be a key liaison between customers and the technical team, translating automotive needs into actionable service plans. Key Responsibilities

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.

• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, potentially including some Saturdays.
