Placements24 is seeking an HR Intern focused on Learning & Development in Bloemfontein, Free State. The role supports training administration, material development, and LMS management, offering hands-on exposure to program design and evaluation.

The ideal candidate is a motivated student or recent graduate with strong organizational and communication skills and a passion for employee development. This on-site internship provides mentorship and practical HR experiences.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed Bachelor's or ND in HR, psychology, education, or related field.
• Strong interest in Learning & Development within HR.
• Excellent organizational and administrative skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with LMS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating and administering training sessions, workshops, and L&D activities.
• Support development and updating of training materials and presentations.
• Help manage the LMS, including course enrollment and tracking.
• Collect and organize feedback from training participants to assess effectiveness.
• Provide admin support for L&D projects, including scheduling and reports.
• Research external training resources and providers.
