• Strong organizational and project management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assess training and development needs across the Bloemfontein organization.
• Design engaging training materials including e-learning, workshops, and presentations.
• Deliver training programs to employees at all levels.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and impact on performance.
• Manage the Learning Management System and track training records.
