Job summary

Sasol in Sasolburg, Free State, South Africa offers a 12‑month internship in Learning and Development. Interns gain hands‑on experience coordinating training activities, managing bookings for internal and external courses, and performing multi‑functional training administration to support HR standards.

You will maintain training records, engage with stakeholders, support client interactions, and administrate SAP LSO and T@W LMS as required by Energy Business IM.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 or equivalent.
• HR-related qualification required.
• Internship aligns with Learning and Development.

Responsibilities

• Planning, scheduling and managing the bookings of internal and external courses and training events
• Document control, inclusive but not limited to the capturing of training history and training related record keeping and archiving
• Maintain record keeping, archiving and/or filing system as per agreed OME process
• Stakeholder engagement and support, inclusive but not limited to client facing engagements and meetings
• Multi-functional training administrative duties
• Administrate learning on SAP LSO and T@W LMS according to Energy Business IM and HR Standards
