Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree or National Diploma in Human Resources Management, Industrial Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Interest in Learning & Development and employee training.
• Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and administer training programs and workshops.
• Develop and update training materials, presentations, and e-learning modules.
• Schedule training sessions and manage participant registrations.
• Maintain L&D records and databases.
• Communicate training opportunities to employees.
• Gather feedback from training participants and contribute to post-training analysis.
• Support implementation of new L&D initiatives and projects.
• Provide general HR admin support as needed.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning within the organisation.
• Ensure activities comply with company policies and basic employment standards.
