You will assist with training materials, progress tracking, and participation in L&D projects while gaining practical HR experience in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree or National Diploma in HR, Industrial Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Strong interest in Learning & Development and employee training.
• Excellent organizational and administrative skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently and in a hybrid setting.
• Eagerness to learn with a proactive attitude.
• Basic understanding of HR principles beneficial but not essential.
• Eligible to participate in an internship program.

Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating and administering training programs and workshops.
• Support development of training materials, presentations, and e-learning modules.
• Help track employee training progress and maintain training records in the HRIS.
• Conduct research on L&D best practices and trends.
• Assist with scheduling trainings and communicating with participants.
• Support evaluation of training effectiveness and gather participant feedback.
• Provide administrative support to L&D and HR teams as needed.
• Help organise team-building activities and employee engagement initiatives.
• Contribute to ad-hoc HR projects related to talent development.
