Job summary

Salesworx Recruitment (Pty) Ltd is seeking a Key Account Manager to support New Business Development Execs by maintaining client relationships and delivering records management solutions. You will cross-sell services, resolve escalations, and coordinate cross-functional service delivery.

The role emphasizes onboarding support, opportunity spotting within existing accounts, and actively pursuing new business leads while meeting sales targets.

Qualifications

• The degree requirement includes Business Administration, Marketing Management, Information Management, or related field.
• 3–5 years in a client-facing role with at least 3 years of sales experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong documentation practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Own car and driver's license essential.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned clients.
• Ensure timely resolution of service requests and queries.
• Maintain strong client relationships and support retention efforts.
• Assist in onboarding of records management solutions.
• Identify and pursue add-on business opportunities within existing accounts.
• Identify new business leads for the New Business Development Exec.
• Collaborate to develop tailored proposals and presentations.
• Meet and exceed sales targets.
• Coordinate service delivery across internal teams.
• Prepare reports and insights for internal and client review.
