Job summary

Srg Financial Placements in Cape Town seeks an experienced Account Manager to manage key client relationships, lead price negotiations, identify growth opportunities, and oversee billing and debt processes. Key Responsibilities

• Manage key client relationships, including regular client meetings, communication, queries and complaints, ensuring a high level of service
• Lead annual price increase negotiations, from preparation and budget discussions through to securing signed agreements and ensuring increases are implemented on time
• Identify opportunities for business growth, including upselling, alternative solutions, additional services and expanding relationships across client groups
• Manage billing and book debt processes, ensuring signed agreements and supporting documentation are submitted correctly and timeously
• Lead and support the Account Management team, including coaching, development, performance management and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Minimum Requirements

• Minimum 3 years experience in Account Management, Key Accounts, Client Management, or a similar commercial role
• Proven experience in client relationship management, price negotiations, and commercial discussions
• Strong business development and upselling skills, with the ability to identify opportunities to grow existing client portfolios
• Excellent communication, negotiation, organisational and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work confidently with clients and internal stakeholders
