Job summary

Pantum is seeking a sales-focused professional to develop end-user customers in education and healthcare, identify opportunities for printers and document solutions, and close bids with public sector institutions. You will build long-term relationships with decision-makers, manage tenders, and coordinate with internal teams for delivery and implementation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of B2B sales in Education or Healthcare, selling printers or document solutions to institutions.
• Proven track record of independently managing bids and winning public sector contracts.
• Strong hunter-and-farmer capabilities: conduct client visits, needs assessments, and negotiations, building long-term C-level relationships.
• Based in South Africa / Brazil / Turkey / Poland; fluent in English and local language.

Responsibilities

• Develop end-user customers in education and healthcare sectors, identifying opportunities for printers and document printing solutions for universities, colleges, medical institutions, leveraging networks.
• Understand local tendering and bidding rules; conduct client visits, requirement assessments, and commercial negotiations independently; coordinate with internal teams for delivery and implementation.
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, explore repeat business including device expansion, consumables and service renewals.
• Build local reference cases and summarize replicable customer development playbooks for industry expansion.
• Deliver assigned sales targets and provide regular project and market updates.
