Job summary

HRCorp in Durban is seeking an ambitious B2B Account Manager to own a defined portfolio of established clients. You will retain and grow accounts, perform fleet and cost-per-page analyses, and drive renewals ahead of competition, while cross-selling telecoms and security solutions to the same customers.

You will maintain an accurate pipeline in HubSpot and leverage your strong numeracy and English-writing skills to present savings and value.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in B2B sales or account management.
• Matric (Grade 12); a relevant tertiary qualification is an advantage.
• Valid driver''s licence and own reliable vehicle.
• Strong numeracy — able to build a cost comparison.
• Clear, professional written English.

Responsibilities

• Own a named portfolio of existing B2B accounts with retention and growth targets.
• Fleet assessments and cost-per-page analysis — building the savings case in rands.
• Contract renewals and upgrades ahead of expiry, not after a competitor''s quote lands.
• Cross-selling telecoms (VoIP/fibre) and security (CCTV/access control) into the same customers.
• Keeping your pipeline accurate in HubSpot CRM.
