Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Respond to and resolve user-reported IT issues via remote support channels (phone, email, chat).
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop hardware, software, and peripherals.
• Assist with user account management and access control.
• Perform routine system maintenance and updates.
• Document support requests, resolutions, and technical procedures.
• Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff when necessary.
• Provide guidance and training to users on basic IT functions.
• Contribute to the maintenance of IT asset inventory.
• Stay updated on common IT issues and their solutions.
• Participate in all assigned training sessions and development activities.
