Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support to users experiencing hardware, software, or network issues.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose technical problems, escalating complex issues to senior technicians.
• Assist users with setup, installation, and configuration of software and hardware.
• Document all support requests, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions accurately in the ticketing system.
• Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance technical skills and product knowledge.
