Placements24 client is seeking an IT Support Trainee based in Tembisa. This hybrid role balances in-office collaboration with remote work, offering hands-on exposure to IT support tasks and practical learning in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the IT team in managing network infrastructure and ensuring system security.
• Document technical issues and resolutions for future reference and training purposes.
• Participate in training sessions and continuously update technical knowledge on emerging IT trends.
