Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field is advantageous.
• Experience in FMCG sales is a plus.
• Strong communication and negotiating skills.
• Willingness to learn and travel.

Responsibilities

• Prospect for new clients and generate leads within the assigned sales territory.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, understanding their needs and providing solutions.
• Present and sell the company's FMCG products to retailers, wholesalers, and other potential clients.
• Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and objectives.
• Assist in the implementation of sales strategies and promotional activities.
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Gather market intelligence and report on competitor activities.
• Prepare regular sales reports and updates for the Sales Manager.
• Ensure timely follow-up on customer inquiries and orders.
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends.
