Placements24 is seeking a dynamic Sales Executive for field-based coverage in Klerksdorp, North West. The role focuses on growing sales volume, expanding market reach, and strengthening retailer and business client relationships.

The ideal candidate has strong communication and negotiation skills, a proven FMCG sales track record, and a willingness to travel within the territory. A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle are essential for success in this position.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience, preferably FMCG.
• Must have excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently and manage time.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle for field sales activities.
• Residence in or willing to relocate to Klerksdorp, North West.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed targets in the territory.
• Identify and acquire new customers; build and maintain relationships with existing clients.
• Promote and sell FMCG products to retailers, wholesalers, and business accounts.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.
• Negotiate contract terms and pricing to close sales effectively.
• Manage the sales pipeline from prospecting to closing deals and post-sales follow-up.
• Provide excellent customer service and after-sales support.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
• Submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and client feedback to management.
• Maintain thorough understanding of the product portfolio and benefits.
