Placements24 is seeking a highly motivated FMCG Sales Executive to join our team in Rustenburg, North West. You will drive sales growth, manage key accounts, and expand market share within the territory.

The role requires strong negotiation, excellent communication, and a proven FMCG sales background. You will build enduring client relationships, work with marketing on promotions, and ensure products are available and visible in-store.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of proven FMCG sales experience with a track record of meeting quotas.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively within Rustenburg region and surroundings.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet/exceed targets in the territory.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors and wholesalers.
• Identify new business opportunities to expand client base and product distribution.
• Conduct product presentations and negotiations with potential and existing clients.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
• Manage the sales cycle from prospecting to closing and post-sale support.
• Collaborate with marketing for in-store execution of promotions.
