Placements24 is seeking an energetic FMCG Key Account Manager to service major retail accounts from Mahikeng, North West. This on-site role focuses on building strong retailer partnerships, delivering sales strategies, and driving growth across the region.

The ideal candidate has 3-5 years in FMCG sales with a proven track record in targets, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to travel within the North West. Competitive base salary with commission and benefits are offered.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• 3-5 years of FMCG sales experience with key account ownership.
• Proven ability to achieve/exceed sales targets in a competitive market.
• Strong understanding of retail dynamics, merchandising, and promotions.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and grow relationships with a portfolio of key retail accounts.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve/exceed targets.
• Understand retailer objectives, challenges, and opportunities, and align offerings.
• Negotiate terms, pricing, and promotions to maximize sales and profitability.
• Present new product launches and campaigns to key account decision-makers.
• Monitor account performance, analyze sales data, and provide regular reports.
• Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and finance for seamless service.
• Identify opportunities to expand product range and market share.
• Resolve customer issues promptly to maintain satisfaction.
• Stay informed about market trends and retailer landscape in the North West.
