Job summary

Network Recruitment seeks an IT Support/Systems Administrator to deliver day-to-day desktop, server, and application support in Johannesburg. You will handle Microsoft 365 administration, user accounts, and hardware troubleshooting in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include assisting with server deployments, monitoring backups, maintaining asset registers, and coordinating with data centre providers and suppliers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience in IT Support or Systems Administration.
• Strong desktop and hardware support experience.
• Microsoft 365 administration experience.
• Windows Server administration exposure.
• Understanding of backup and restore processes.
• Valid drivers licence and own reliable vehicle.
• Experience with ticketing and asset management systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide day to day desktop, hardware, and software support.
• Manage Microsoft 365 accounts and user administration.
• Assist with server deployments and production releases.
• Monitor backups and perform restores when required.
• Support internal applications and troubleshoot outages.
• Maintain IT asset registers and technical documentation.
• Coordinate with suppliers and data centre providers.
