Boardroom Appointments is seeking an experienced IT Systems Administrator in South Africa to provide frontline IT support, manage user incidents, and ensure data protection across the business. You will handle workstation setup, user provisioning, and maintain IT documentation while adhering to policies.

The role requires at least five years in IT systems administration, proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft AD, Office 2016+, and Microsoft MCS certification.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience as an IT Systems Administrator.
• Customer focused and approachable.
• Microsoft MCS.
• 2+ years working experience with Google Workspace.
• Microsoft Office 2016 and up.
• Proficient in Microsoft Active Directory.

Responsabilités

• First point of contact for user incidents and requests.
• Managing tickets via ITSM platform.
• Provide IT support to all users within the business.
• User setup and configuration.
• Workstation setup and deployment.
• Ensure that user data backup solution is functional and user data is protected.
• IT compliance - adhere to IT policies and procedures.
• Maintain and update documentation of configurations.
