Job summary

Abantu Staffing Solutions is seeking an IT Infrastructure Support professional to help manage and secure our Microsoft 365 environment, AD, Windows Server, and cloud platforms. The role covers network/server administration, performance monitoring, and proactive issue resolution across multiple sites.

You will provide 2nd/3rd line support, assist with onboarding/offboarding, backups, disaster recovery, and security initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Windows Server, and cloud-based platforms.
• Assist with the management of networks, servers, storage, and related infrastructure.
• Monitor system performance and proactively resolve issues.
• Maintain and update infrastructure documentation.
• Provide second- and third-line technical support to users.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, printer, and network-related issues.
• Support remote users and branch offices.
• Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Support cybersecurity initiatives and endpoint protection.
• Assist with vulnerability management and patching.
• Maintain access controls and user permissions.
• Promote cybersecurity awareness and best practices.
• Monitor and test backup systems.
• Assist with disaster recovery planning and testing.
• Support system restoration activities when required.
• Maintain ICT asset inventories.
• Coordinate hardware repairs and warranty claims.
• Liaise with suppliers and service providers.
• Assist with ICT procurement activities.
