Job summary

RussellStone Technologies is seeking an IT professional to own day-to-day technical delivery across multiple client environments. You will administer Microsoft 365, manage Entra ID and security, troubleshoot networks and devices, and support end users directly from our help desk.

You will document fixes and contribute to a growing knowledge base while coordinating workload across several client companies in a flexible MSP setting.

Qualifications

• Hands-on IT support experience in a multi-client/MSP environment is preferred.
• Ability to manage workload across several companies concurrently and independently.

Responsibilities

• Administer Microsoft 365 and Entra ID including users, licensing and security.
• Troubleshoot networks, hardware and endpoints across multiple sites.
• Oversee patching, backups and basic security incident response.
• Provide direct end-user support and assist via the help desk platform.
• Document fixes and contribute to a knowledge base.

You'll work alongside our Group IT Manager, taking ownership of day-to-day technical delivery — Microsoft 365 administration, networking and infrastructure troubleshooting, endpoint support, security, and backup management — across multiple client environments.
