Job summary

Jhbchev is seeking an IT Support professional to resolve technical issues, maintain hardware, software and network infrastructure, and ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations.

Responsibilities include ticket resolution, hardware provisioning, PC assembly/disassembly with Windows/Office, stock management, and Wi-Fi/telephony support across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Must have A+ and N+ Certification.
• Driver’s license and own transport are required.
• MS desktop apps and an understanding of 365.
• 2 to 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
• After-hours and weekend work may be required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and close tickets within service level targets.

• Provision equipment and software for new team members.
• Build and disassemble PCs and reinstall Microsoft Windows and Office.
• Maintain and learn the Company’s IT systems and technologies.

• Move IT equipment and access higher placed switches.
