• Ensure IT systems and equipment are available to all users to perform their daily duties
• Manage IT helpdesk and ensure tickets are resolved within SLA
• Prevent recurring faults from occurring and set up desktops/laptops with all applications
• Manage server and application availability to achieve 99.9% system accessibility
• Perform proactive daily checks and routine maintenance to prevent downtime
• Attend meetings with support and management teams to discuss requirements
• Monitor and manage infrastructure and supplier performance
• Handle escalations for unresolved IT failures
