Qualifications

• 3–4 years IT recruitment experience (agency or in-house).
• Proven success sourcing and placing candidates in challenging IT roles.
• Strong understanding of IT industry, technologies, and tech stacks.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with ATS and IT sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub).
• Able to work effectively in a hybrid work environment.
• Based in or able to commute to Randburg, Gauteng.

Responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment lifecycle for IT roles including software development, infrastructure, cybersecurity and data science.
• Develop sourcing strategies to attract niche IT talent via channels, communities, boards, and social media.
• Conduct technical and behavioral interviews to assess skills and cultural fit.
• Build and maintain relationships with IT hiring managers and clients.
• Provide expert advice on IT market trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability.
