You will troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, manage user accounts, and document resolutions, while contributing to the IT knowledge base and maintaining security compliance.

Qualifications

• Must have proven help desk experience.
• Strong hardware, OS, and software knowledge.
• Familiar with TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP and basic networking.
• Experience with ServiceNow or Zendesk ticketing.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and resolve IT support requests via phone, email, or tickets.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues on desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and software.
• Provide guidance to end-users on IT-related matters.
• Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff or vendors.
• Assist with IT inventory management and asset tracking.
• Contribute to IT knowledge base and documentation.
