Qualifications

Associate's degree or higher in Information Technology or related field.
Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+ valued.
Experience in an IT helpdesk or technical support role.
Solid understanding of Windows, macOS, and Office Suite.
Familiarity with network protocols and troubleshooting.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

Provide responsive technical support to end-users for desktop hardware, software, and network connectivity.
Install, configure, and maintain user workstations and related peripherals.
Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues, documenting solutions in the helpdesk system.
Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
Assist with IT asset management and inventory tracking.
Escalate complex technical problems to senior IT staff or specialized support teams.
