Zohorecruit in Cape Town is seeking an experienced IT sales professional to own and grow strategic accounts. You will manage end‑to‑end customer experience, handle escalations, and drive new opportunities through proactive outreach and value‑driven proposals.

Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 5 years in customer sales with ICT product knowledge and a proven track record in IT hardware, enterprise solutions, security and software.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in customer sales, with account growth.
• Experience in Internal Account Management and Channel Sales.
• Experience in IT sales and knowledge of ICT products.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the existing customer base with value‑driven relationships.
• Own end‑to‑end customer experience and ensure satisfaction.
• Handle complaints and escalations with urgency and professionalism.
• Proactively cold call to sign up new business and increase market share.
• Identify, pursue, and close new sales opportunities to grow revenue.
• Perform up‑selling and cross‑selling to maximise account value.
• Design and execute account strategies and growth plans.
