Job summary

Zohorecruit is seeking a results‑driven IT sales specialist in Durban to manage and grow key customer accounts. You will own the end‑to‑end customer experience, drive new business opportunities, and lead upsell/cross‑sell initiatives while coordinating with internal teams to deliver tailored ICT solutions.

The role requires a strong track record in IT sales, excellent communication, and the ability to build long‑lasting client relationships in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in customer sales with account growth
• Experience in Internal Account Management
• Minimum 3 years in Channel Sales
• IT sales experience required
• Knowledge of ICT products and brands desired
• Experience in ICT Distribution is advantageous
• Proficient in CRM, ERP, and productivity tools

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the existing customer base with value‑driven relationships
• Own the end‑to‑end customer experience to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
• Conduct proactive cold calling to sign up new business
• Identify, pursue and close new sales opportunities to grow revenue
• Perform up‑selling and cross‑selling to maximize account value
• Develop account strategies and growth plans for each customer
