Job summary

Blue Spec Holdings in Gauteng, Sandton, is seeking an HR & Industrial Relations Administrator to provide proactive IR and HR support across 40+ entities, handling grievances, documentation, and daily HR operations. The role demands accuracy, discretion, and strong knowledge of SA labour laws.

You will manage employee records in Salesforce/Sage 300, assist with recruitment and onboarding, contracts, payroll liaison, and ensure compliance.

Qualifications

• Proven 4+ years as HR Administrator or IR-focused admin.
• Strong knowledge of SA labour legislation.
• Willing to travel to client sites; valid driver’s license.
• Experience with HR software (Salesforce advantageous) and MS Office.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Discretion with confidential information.
• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in HR/Business Admin preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in HR and IR administration and hearings.
• Maintain employee records in Salesforce/Sage 300.
• Prepare HR documents and onboarding.
• Support payroll information flow to payroll.
• Respond to HR inquiries and generate HR metrics.
