Key Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain the HR Information System (HRIS), ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
• Manage employee data, including new hires, terminations, transfers, and personal information updates.
• Support the execution of HR processes such as onboarding, offboarding, and performance reviews.
• Generate HR reports and analytics as required by management.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and company policies regarding employee information.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR process improvements.
• Provide administrative support for HR projects and initiatives.
• Handle employee queries related to HR systems and processes.
• Collaborate with payroll and other departments to ensure smooth HR operations.

Requirements

• A relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR operations, HR administration, or HRIS management.
• Proficiency in HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors) and MS Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and data management best practices.
