Job summary

Blue Spec Holdings is seeking an HR Officer to support end-to-end Human Resources activities across multiple business units. The role focuses on Industrial Relations, Employee Relations, Performance Management, Labour Law Compliance, Training & Development, and HR Administration to ensure adherence to legislation and internal policies.

The successful candidate will manage disciplinary processes, investigations, and hearings, while maintaining accurate records and supporting payroll and reporting

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in HR management or related field.
• Minimum 3–4 years HR Officer experience.
• Experience in Industrial Relations and Employee Relations.
• Familiarity with CCMA, Bargaining Councils and Labour law.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with labour legislation and company policies.
• Advise management on disciplinary matters and grievances.
• Manage CCMA referrals, hearings and case documentation.
• Maintain HR records and prepare monthly reports.
• Support payroll inputs and benefits administration.
• Support Employment Equity initiatives.
