rag-talent is seeking an independent, self-motivated Business Sales Consultant to join their corporate commercial team at the George branch. The role focuses on expanding the organisation's market footprint within the vehicle fleet management sector through strategic new business development and robust relationship management.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree with formal sales training or a recognised professional sales qualification.
• Minimum of 3 years external B2B sales experience in IoT/telematics sectors.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a corporate environment.
• Valid driver’s licence and access to a reliable personal vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Identify commercial opportunities and drive new business acquisition in corporate B2B.
• Structure, negotiate, and interpret legally binding corporate contracts.
• Deliver tailored fleet management solutions and value propositions.
• Achieve predetermined monthly and annual installation and sales targets.
• Maintain and develop an active client database for repeat and add-on business.
• Balance sales pipelines to secure 20% first-time clients and 80% expansion from existing accounts.
• Deliver end-to-end customer service and resolve account queries or administrative requests.
• Prepare and deliver high-impact corporate presentations to diverse stakeholders.
• Submit weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc sales performance reports.
• Oversee administrative functions including timely quotes and internal processes.
• Build networks across business, dealer, broker, and fitment center channels.
