Job summary

Exceed Human Resource Consultants are seeking a Customer Service and Counter Sales professional to lead the internal sales team, assist customers in person and by phone, and drive service excellence at the Boksburg branch.

You will review quotations, escalate high-value enquiries, manage orders, monitor performance, and maintain key customer relationships while supporting stock and administration.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years internal sales experience in a technical/engineering environment.
• 2–3 years' experience leading or supervising an internal sales team.
• Proven experience achieving sales targets and growing customer accounts.
• Strong technical product knowledge.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor internal sales team to achieve targets.
• Assist customers telephonically and in person with enquiries.
• Review and approve quotations where required.
• Process customer orders during busy periods.
• Maintain long-term relationships with key customers.
• Monitor daily sales performance and branch targets.
• Coordinate with stores to ensure stock availability.
