Job summary

University of Fort Hare is seeking an Internal Sales Person for our East Rand branch to support customers through the full sales cycle, from product advice to order processing and delivery coordination.

The role requires a customer-focused sales background in a technical environment, strong communication in English and Afrikaans, and experience with SAP and ZOHO CRM. You will work closely with multiple teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications

• Matric / Grade 12 is a requirement.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in a technical sales environment.
• Experience with SAP and ZOHO CRM is required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Afrikaans.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with customers telephonically, via digital platforms and at the counter.
• Prepare and process accurate quotations, orders, pricing and customer information.
• Capture and process customer orders on SAP.
• Provide sales support and product information to customers and the External Sales team.
• Assist with occasional customer visits alongside the External Sales team.
