Job summary

Persona Staff is seeking a proactive Internal Sales/ Sales Administrator to join our team in South Africa. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling enquiries by phone, email, and walk-ins, and you will manage orders from enquiry to delivery or collection.

You will prepare quotations and invoices, liaise with warehouse, and ensure accurate documentation. Strong communication, MS Office, and CRM/ERP experience are essential; HubSpot is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Experience with CRM/ERP or sales/stock systems; HubSpot advantageous.
• Organised and proactive, able to handle multiple requests and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for customers via telephone, email, online and walk-ins.
• Manage customer orders from enquiry to delivery or collection.
• Prepare quotations, sales orders, invoices and delivery docs accurately.
• Assist customers with pricing, lead times and order requirements.
• Coordinate with warehouse/dispatch to ensure correct and timely deliveries.
• Keep customers updated on orders, stock and delays.
• Provide after-sales support and maintain positive relationships.
