Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ experience in customer service, internal sales, and/or operations
• 3 years supervisory experience of a team essential
• Strong organisational and people management skills
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Ability to problem solve and perform under pressure
• High attention to detail and accountability
• Oversee daily operational activities of all customer-facing support functions, ensuring service excellence and efficiency
• Assist Internal Sales Manager with management and KPI guidance of staff
