INFUSE is seeking a creative and strategic Instructional Designer to craft impactful learning experiences that blend digital and human interaction. You will partner with subject matter experts to design modern programs for adult professionals, leveraging evidence-based design and the latest generative AI technologies.

As part of INFUSE Academy, you will drive online education initiatives, prototype custom GPTs, and collaborate in a fast-paced team to deliver measurable business results.

Qualifications

• Background in instructional design and AI integration.
• Knowledge of LLM capabilities and limitations (e.g., GPT-4).
• Ability to prototype and configure custom GPTs for learning.
• Detail-oriented, innovative, and collaborative in fast-paced environments.
• Passion for making learning smarter and more engaging.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to design blended learning programs aligned with business goals.
• Apply andragogy and evidence-based design to learner-centric experiences.
• Design and curate blended formats (eLearning, self-paced modules, virtual sessions, and on-the-job activities).
• Ensure accessibility and content relevance across delivery modes.
• Leverage AI tools, including custom GPTs, to support learning.
• Manage project timelines, resources, and communications.
