Qualifications

• Background in instructional design and AI implementation.
• Understanding of LLMs and GPT-4 capabilities.
• Ability to prototype and configure custom GPTs.
• Detail-oriented and innovative in fast-paced environments.
• Creative problem solving to enhance learning experiences.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with SMEs to design blended learning that aligns with business goals.
• Apply andragogy and evidence-based instructional design to learner experiences.
• Design and curate blended learning using formats (eLearning, self-paced modules, virtual training sessions, and on-the-job activities).
• Ensure instructional consistency, accessibility, and relevance across delivery modes.
• Leverage generative AI tools, including designing and deploying custom GPTs, to support learning.
• Manage project timelines, resources, and communication workflows to ensure timely execution.
