Job summary

INFUSE is seeking a creative and strategic Instructional Designer to craft impactful learning experiences that combine the best of digital and human interaction. You will partner with SMEs and stakeholders to design modern programs for adult professionals, integrating evidence-based design and the latest in AI tools.

Qualifications

• Background in instructional design and AI implementation.
• Understanding capabilities and limitations of LLMs (e.g., GPT-4).
• Ability to prototype and configure custom GPTs for learning solutions.
• Detail-oriented, innovative and comfortable in a fast-paced, iterative environment.
• Loves solving problems creatively and making learning experiences smarter.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal SMEs and stakeholders to design and deliver blended learning programs aligned with business goals.
• Apply andragogy and evidence-based instructional design to create engaging adult-focused experiences.
• Design and curate blended learning solutions using eLearning, self-paced modules, virtual sessions, and on-the-job activities.
• Ensure instructional consistency, accessibility and content relevance across delivery modes.
• Leverage generative AI tools, including custom GPTs, to support learning initiatives.
• Manage project timelines, resources and communication for timely execution.
