You will partner with subject matter experts to design modern programs for adult professionals, leveraging evidence-based instructional design and the latest AI technologies.

This role sits within INFUSE Academy, driving internal and external online education and high-impact e-learning.

Qualifications

• Background in instructional design and AI implementation.
• Understand capabilities and limitations of LLMs (e.g., GPT-4).
• Prototype and configure custom GPTs and similar AI tools for learning solutions.
• Detail-oriented, innovative, and comfortable in a fast-paced, iterative environment.
• Solve problems creatively to make learning smarter and more engaging.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to design blended learning programs aligned with business goals.
• Apply adult learning theory and evidence-based instructional design to create learner-centric experiences.
• Design and curate blended learning using formats like eLearning, self-paced modules, and virtual sessions.
• Ensure content accessibility, consistency, and relevance across delivery modes.
• Leverage generative AI tools, including designing and deploying custom GPTs, to support learning initiatives.
• Manage project timelines, resources, and communications for timely execution.
