Responsibilities

• Collaborate with SMEs to design and deliver blended learning programs.
• Apply andragogy and evidence-based instructional design.
• Design and curate blended learning using formats (eLearning, self-paced, virtual, on-the-job).
• Ensure instructional consistency, accessibility, and relevance.
• Leverage generative AI tools, including custom GPTs, to support learning.
• Manage project timelines, resources, and communication workflows.
