INFUSE Academy is seeking a creative and strategic Senior Instructional Designer to craft impactful learning experiences that blend digital and human interaction. You will partner with subject matter experts and stakeholders to design modern, engaging programs for adult professionals, leveraging evidence-based instructional design principles and the latest in generative AI technologies.

Qualifications

Background in instructional design and AI implementation.
Understanding of LLM capabilities and GPT-4.
Ability to prototype and configure custom GPTs for learning solutions.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to design blended learning programs aligned with business goals.
Apply andragogy and evidence-based instructional design for adult learners.
Design and curate blended learning using eLearning, self-paced modules, virtual sessions, and on-the-job activities.
Ensure instructional consistency, accessibility, and relevance across delivery modes.
Leverage generative AI tools, including design and deployment of custom GPTs.
Manage project timelines, resources and communications for learning initiatives.
