You will partner with SMEs and stakeholders to design modern, engaging programs for adult professionals—leveraging evidence-based instructional design and the latest AI technologies.

INFUSE Academy drives internal and external online education, creating high-impact e-learning that delivers real business results.

Qualifications

Background in instructional design and AI implementation.
Understanding of LLM capabilities (e.g. GPT-4).
Ability to prototype and configure custom GPTs for learning solutions.
Detail-oriented, innovative, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
Creative problem solving to make learning experiences smarter.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to design blended learning programs.
Apply andragogy and evidence-based instructional design principles.
Design and curate blended learning using eLearning, self-paced modules, and live sessions.
Ensure content accessibility and consistency across delivery modes.
Leverage AI tools, including custom GPTs, to support learning solutions.
Manage project timelines and communication workflows.
