Job summary

INFUSE is seeking a Senior Instructional Designer to craft impactful learning experiences that blend digital and human interaction. You will partner with subject matter experts and stakeholders to design modern programs for adult professionals, leveraging evidence-based instructional design principles and the latest in generative AI technologies.

Qualifications

• Background in instructional design and AI implementation
• Understanding of LLM capabilities (e.g. GPT-4)
• Ability to prototype and configure custom GPTs for learning solutions
• Detail-oriented, innovative, and collaborative in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for making learning smarter and more engaging

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to design blended learning programs aligned with business goals
• Apply andragogy and evidence-based instructional design to create learner-centric experiences for adults
• Design and curate blended learning using a mix of formats (eLearning, self-paced modules, virtual training, on-the-job activities)
• Ensure instructional consistency, accessibility, and relevance across delivery modes
• Leverage generative AI tools, including designing and deploying custom GPTs, to support learning
• Manage project timelines, resources, and communication workflows to ensure timely execution of initiatives
