INFUSE is seeking a creative and strategic Instructional Designer to craft impactful learning experiences that combine digital and human interaction. You will partner with SMEs and stakeholders to design modern programs for adult professionals, leveraging evidence-based instructional design principles and the latest in generative AI technologies.

Qualifications

• Background in instructional design and AI implementation.
• Understanding the capabilities and limitations of LLMs (like GPT-4).
• Can prototype and configure custom GPTs and similar AI tools for learning solutions.
• Is detail-oriented, innovative, and comfortable in a fast-paced, iterative environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to design and deliver blended learning programs that align with business goals.
• Apply andragogy and evidence-based instructional design to create engaging experiences for adult learners.
• Design and curate blended learning solutions using formats like eLearning, self-paced modules, virtual training, and on-the-job activities.
• Ensure instructional consistency, accessibility, and content relevance across delivery modes.
• Leverage generative AI tools, including custom GPTs, to support learning.
• Manage project timelines, resources, and communication for timely execution of initiatives.
