Qualifications

Background in instructional design and AI implementation.
Understanding of capabilities and limitations of LLMs (e.g., GPT‑4).
Ability to prototype and configure custom GPTs and similar AI tools for learning solutions.
Detail‑oriented, innovative, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced, iterative environment.
Creative problem solving to make learning smarter and more engaging.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to design blended learning aligned with business goals.
Apply adult learning principles to create engaging, learner‑centric experiences for professionals.
Design and curate blended learning solutions using eLearning, self-paced modules, virtual sessions, and on‑the‑job activities.
Ensure instructional consistency, accessibility, and relevance across delivery modes.
Leverage generative AI tools, including designing and deploying custom GPTs for learning solutions.
Manage project timelines, resources, and communication to ensure timely delivery.
